Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は3段階構成で実施する。
第1段階：予備研究や先行文献をもとに、「GH看護師に期待する実践とそうでない実践」について同意を得られた対象者にインタビューを実施する。得られたデータは質的記述的に分析し、スケール項目を抽出することで「GH看護職に求められている役割を抽出し、スケール項目を抽出」する。
第2段階：表面・内容妥当性、適切性の検証を経て、同意が得られた対象に予備調査を実施することで項目選定調査を行い、「GH看護職の認知症ケアのスケール原案を作成」する。
第3段階：対象者に同意を得た上で第2段階で作成した質問紙を用いて調査を実施し、「スケールの信頼性、妥当性を検証しスケールを開発」する。
