Outline of Research at the Start

認知症ケアの課題は、診断の提供から診断後支援に移りつつある。我が国で認知症と診断された人々が適切な診断後支援を受けられる仕組みを作るためには、診断から切れ目なく続く多面的データセットが必要だ。そこで認知症疾患医療センターで認知症と診断された人を対象に、診断時点から切れ目なく多面的なデータを集め、診断後支援の障壁を明らかにし、効果的な心理・社会的支援方法を研究する。本研究の強みは患者・家族におきていること（生の体験）の実態把握を行うことである（研究①）。診断後の不安解消のための支援プロトコルを作成し（研究②）、提供した診断後支援の効果評価を行う（研究③）。
