2015年10月、『特定行為に係る看護師の研修制度が施行、研修を修了した看護師（以下、特定看護師）は手順書の範囲内で特定行為を自律的に実施できることとなった。2023年3月、特定看護師は6,875名、医師の働き方改革が追い風となり活用する医療機関が増加している。一方、修了者数に占める訪問看護ステーションの就業割合は5.3％であり、地域や施設の実情に即した在宅・慢性期領域における特定行為研修の推進は課題となっている。
目的は、特定行為研修「在宅・慢性期領域」に及ぼす影響を改善するため、実装科学を活用、地域での取組を推進・評価し、促進要因・阻害要因を検討することである。
