精神障害者のその人らしい地域での暮らしの実現のためには,社会とのつながりを維持でき,さまざまな回復の道のりを支援する手立てを個別にデザインするための,包括的なシステムの開発・構築が目指される.このために,新しい資源開発の要素を含み,個々の当事者・家族に対応でき,包括的な支援の拡充に必要な課題を明確にする必要がある.本研究では,地域での暮らしを営みながら受けられるサービスの新しい資源開発の要素としてピアサポーターを取り上げ,精神科訪問看護による支援を行うピアサポーターとの協働とその役割の実態,支援の拡充に向けた課題を訪問看護ステーションへの調査で明らかにすることを目的とする.
