Outline of Research at the Start

現在、訪問看護において緊急時は訪問看護師が電話で利用者等の主観的な情報を基に要望に応じて訪問するオンコール体制をとっている。しかし、独居高齢者や医療依存度の高い利用者等は自ら連絡が出来ない場合がある。また、利用者等の主観的な情報を中心に訪問の必要性を判断せざるを得ないため、真に訪問の必要性が高い利用者へサービスが提供出来ているとは言い難い。本研究では，緊急時に利用者や家族からの主体的な連絡や操作が不要で、訪問看護師が客観的データに基づき訪問の必要性や優先度について検討できる『生体情報遠隔モニタリングシステム』を構築し、『IOTを活用した緊急時オンコール体制』の有用性と課題について明らかにする。
