Outline of Research at the Start

多くの施設では，ロボットが導入されたにも関わらず継続的に活用されていない実態がある．継続活用の成功要因には，患者だけでなく，医療・介護施設職員側のロボットとの関わりが示唆されている．本研究では，職員側からみたロボットの継続活用に関連する要因とその程度を明らかにし，各施設の特徴をもとに継続活用につながるロボットを特定してマッチングできるシステムを開発する．開発システムにより，ロボット継続活用の効果と満足度の向上と同時に，職員の業務負担の軽減や就労環境の改善につなげる．
