Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，在宅精神障害者の症状の発現予防と危機管理をより可能とするための，遠隔での自己管理，評価を患者・家族，精神保健医療従事者双方が活用できる仕組みの整備を目指すものである．研究目的は，在宅精神障害者のクライシスプラン活用の実態と課題を患者・家族，精神保健医療従事者双方から明らかにし，webアプリケーションを用いた遠隔からの症状自己管理支援モデルを開発，効果検証することである．精神科領域におけるwebアプリケーションを用いたタイムリーで継続的な介入により，精神保健医療の地域差による精神科救急医療の格差を埋め，支援の均てん化に繋げる．
