Outline of Research at the Start	認知症の行動・心理症状（BPSD）への非薬物的介入の効果に関しては、必ずしも研究結果が一致していない。その原因の1つとして、BPSDの種類や重症度に応じて効果的な介入が異なる可能性が指摘されている。また、非薬物的介入の中でも、日常のかかわり方やコミュニケーションの取り方は「マイクロ・スキル」と呼ばれることがあるが、その効果検証は十分になされていない。本研究では、まず様々な重症度のBPSDに応じた効果的なマイクロ・スキルを多重応答分析により明らかにする。その結果に基づき、BPSDへのマイクロ・スキル研修マニュアルを開発し、施設ごとのニーズに応じたオーダーメイドな職員研修を実施し、効果検証を行う。
