Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、自治体の研修企画担当者が災害時の公衆衛生実践における倫理的意思決定能力の育成を目的とした研修を行う上で、教育ニーズ分析、研修の企画・実施・評価する一連の過程を促進する枠組みを明示し、多職種が協働し学びあうことを重視した継続的な展開を可能とする教育プログラムの開発を最終成果とする。研究期間は４年間で構成し４つの調査（文献検討、インタビュー調査、質問紙調査等）を実施する。調査によってプログラムに必要な構成要素（事前分析、教育目標、評価方法、教育内容、教育方略）を明らかにし、妥当性の検証を行い教育プログラムの開発を目指す。
