Outline of Research at the Start	看護学生は、効果的な退院支援を行う上で肝となる“患者の退院後の生活をイメージする”ことが難しく、その能力を身につけることができる教育方法を開発する必要がある。本研究では、病院で看護学生の退院支援実習の指導を担当する看護師にヒアリング調査を行い、実習状況等を明らかにする。さらに、「同一事例にて、在宅療養移行支援の看護過程を展開する教育プログラム」を開発し、有用性を検討することを目的とする。本教育プログラムを看護師養成機関が用いることで、退院支援に関する基礎教育の質が保証され、看護学生が卒業時に一定水準の実践能力を獲得することを目指す。
