Outline of Research at the Start

日本は地域包括ケアシステムや多様・複雑化する在宅医療のニーズを実現するために、地域における看護力の向上、訪問看護師の安定的な確保と育成が喫緊の課題である。訪問看護における新たな人材活用策として、病院の看護師が地域の訪問看護ステーションへ出向する訪問看護出向事業はあるがこの成果報告は、地域や組織により出向期間や実施体制システムも異なる中で同じ指標に基づいて明らかにされておらず、出向者の経験は解明されていない。本研究では、出向事業における出向者の経験と行われている支援について明らかにし、その特徴の考察を通し、出向事業における支援に向けた示唆を得ることを目的とする。
