Outline of Research at the Start

地域住民が支え合い自立した生活への支援目的に地域包括ケアシステムの体制の整備が進められている。地域包括ケアシステムの根幹となるのは、「本人の選択と本人・家族の心構え」の意思決定であり、在宅医療サービスの担い手である訪問看護師は、多様な価値観を内包する自宅という空間で、人生を背景とした生き方への望みを引き出し、その望みの実現のために心理・身体・社会的問題の解決と、個別性に沿った複雑な意思決定支援が求められる。そこで本研究は、訪問看護師の意思決定支援能力と実践されている支援から訪問看護師の意思決定支援評価指標と、訪問看護師を対象とした意思決定支援研修プログラムを開発することを目的とする。
