Outline of Research at the Start

新卒訪問看護師に求められる能力の多くは，看護実践を重ねて醸成される傾向にあるため，病院経験を経て訪問看護事業所に就業する流れがスムーズである．一方，新卒者が訪問看護師として就業できる教育体制の整備が急務になっている．
そこで本研究では，現看護教育カリキュラムに影響がなく，柔軟な展開が可能である課外活動に着目し，新卒訪問看護師育成のための卒前オプションプログラム(看護実践の課外活動)の導入可能性を検討することとした．オプションプログラムは名古屋市立大学医学部附属病院群で実施し，オプションプログラムに参加した看護学生の参加前と参加後の変化をインタビュー調査，アンケート調査によって評価する．
