Outline of Research at the Start

アドバンス・ケア・プランニング（以下, ACPとする）の導入段階では健康な成人を対象に地域住民が集う場で「ACPの知識の普及」及び自分の生き方等に関する「対話の経験」の２つが介入の焦点となる。本研究ではTrialogue Meetingを活用し、専門職と地域住民の対話による協働知創造型のACPの普及プログラムを開発することを目的とする。研究目的を達成するために①Trialogue meetingによる地域住民と専門職の対話を通じた協働知創造型ACP普及促進プログラムの実現可能性を検討する。②検討したプログラムによる介入研究を実施し地域住民と専門職に対するACP普及への有効性を評価する。
