Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、転倒予防教室や認知症カフェのような、地域在住高齢者を対象とした集合教育活動に従事する対人援助職に以下（1）～（2）の調査を実施する。
（1）量的調査：100名の対人援助職にKiss-18（菊地，1998）を用いて社会的スキルの測定を行う。なお、測定は研究開始時と研究開始1年後の2時点で行う。
（2）質的調査：研究開始時に測定したKiss-18の結果をもとに（1）の対象者を3群化したうえで、各群から8名程度の対人援助職を調査対象者として抽出し、非構造化面接調査を実施する。この非構造化面接調査は、（1）と同様、研究開始時と研究開始1年後の2時点で行う。
