Outline of Research at the Start

社会の重点課題となっている介護人材の確保に向け、職場のワークエンゲージメントを高めて介護人材の定着と質の向上を促す組織支援モデルを開発し、ポジティブ心理学を活用した介入研究を行う。本研究は、介護分野の多職種を対象に、①ポジティブ心理学の手法で「強み」と「感謝」を高める介入として「多職種連携ポジティブ教育」を創出する。②介護安全に向けた多職種連携行動の増加を面接調査により検証する。③「強み」の発揮が、職場への感謝に好影響を与え、それに媒介されたwellbeing、安全協働行動も高まるとの仮説を検証する。この介入実践研究の実証から、介護分野での応用を導く組織支援モデルを構築することを目的とする。
