Outline of Research at the Start

当該計画では、皮膚虚血再灌流マウスを用いて、生体内鉄Feの関与について、鉄キレート剤や低鉄食などを用いて明らかにする。続いて、基底細胞層の鉄Feのフェロトーシスへの影響をヒト3次元培養表皮を用いて、細胞内鉄Feなどの蛍光試薬を組み合わせて、基底層の鉄局在と活性酸素発生をライブセルイメージングにて明らかにする。これらの解析より、褥瘡形成の初期での急性皮膚虚血再灌流障害における鉄Feの病態生理学的役割を明らかにする。
