Outline of Research at the Start	ヘルスリテラシーは、自他の健康を維持増進する知識・意欲・能力であり、様々な健康課題に応じて獲得し、ヘルスケア・疾病予防・ヘルスプロモーションに活用できる。現在の社会環境において、親子の健康増進や、親の育児知識・スキルの不足、不安、困難、孤立、過剰な負担の予防と解消には、親のヘルスリテラシーが重要である。本研究の目的は、親が育児に特有のヘルスリテラシーを獲得することを促し、親子の健康増進と健やかな育児生活の形成を支援する育児支援モデルを開発することである。
