| Outline of Research at the Start |
訪問看護師のサービス創出に関するスキルを測定できる尺度を開発することである。ステップとして文献レビューから尺度案となるアイテムプールを作成し、研究者でディスカッションを重ね、アイテムプールの精練を行う。その後専門家へインタビュー調査を行い尺度暫定版を作成する。次に全国の訪問看護ステーションを無作為抽出、4000か所の訪問看護ステーションに郵送法による無記名自記式質問紙調査を行う。回収された質問紙より、解析をおこない尺度を完成させる。
