Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、中堅期保健師が実践経験を通して得ている学びを明らかにし、保健師自身が学びを自覚し看護専門職としての成長を促すために支援者が活用できる対話型支援ガイドを開発することである。第一段階として、中堅期保健師が実践経験を通して得ている学びの構成要素を導出する。第二段階として、中堅期保健師が実践経験を語り学びを自覚することを通して成長を促進する支援方法を検討し、これを具現化するための対話型支援ガイドを考案する。これにより、複雑多様な健康課題に対応できる保健師人材育成のための支援システム構築をめざす。
