Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、看取りを実施している特別養護老人ホームの職員を対象に、看取り未実施の段階から看取り実施に至るまでのプロセスを調査し明らかにしたうえで、いくつかのプロセスモデルを作成する。2024年度～2026年度の3年間でインタビュー対象者の選定と調査を行い、2027年度～2028年度の2年間でデータ分析、論文作成、研究成果の発表を行う。計5年計画の研究である。
