Outline of Research at the Start

不確実で複雑、不透明で曖昧な社会情勢において支援者が自身のメンタルヘルスを保ち、活動を継続するためには「ネガティブ・ケイパビリティ（negative capability ：NC）」の資質が重要である。NCは「どうにも答えの出ない、対処しようのない事態に耐える能力」、あるいは「性急に証明や理由を求めずに、不確実さや不思議さ、懐疑の中にいることができる能力」と定義されている。本研究は、正解のない支援を多く求められる地域支援職である保健師が備えるNCと、それに関連する諸要因を明らかにするための調査を行う。その調査をもとに、保健師のNCを醸成するための研修プログラムを講ずることを最終目的とする。
