Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、国立国際医療研究センターで40歳以上の特定健診受診者や病院の受診・入院履歴がある人を対象にカルテ・検査情報を用いて、生活習慣病や認知症（フレイル）の予測とシミュレーション、医療・介護コスト算出に関するシステムを開発する。主に「高齢者が将来的に罹患する可能性が高い生活習慣病や認知症、怪我などを推定するモデル」、「リスクに対して対策を講じた場合の将来予測も可能なシステム」、「システム利用によってもたらされる医療費や介護費への削減効果や、高齢者の社会参加に伴う経済効果などを評価分析システム」を通じて高齢者の医療費や介護費の削減と、高齢者の生活の質の向上を目指す研究である。
