Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、運動による肝臓、血中、脳におけるヘパトカインの変化、脳内の神経栄養因子の発現の変化、神経伝達物質の動態の変化とその相互の関連性をしらべることで、運動による肝臓と脳の臓器連関とそのメカニズムを明らかにする。さらに、肝疾患の病態モデルを用いて同様の検討を行うことにより、肝臓の病的な状態における運動の効果を、肝臓と脳の臓器連関という側面から明らかにする。
