Outline of Research at the Start

非肥満のDKDと廃用症候群の併発は我が国で多く、この実情に即した動物モデルを用いて、運動療法とSGLT2 阻害薬投与による併用療法の効果を骨格筋異化と腎機能の観点より評価し機序を明らかにする。SGLT-2 inhibitorsは、骨格筋減少を招く可能性があり、運動療法と併用することで、骨格筋の萎縮を回避し、優れた薬効を得られる可能性がある。
