Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、「ICU入室中の身体活動量(強度×介入時間)の簡易測定評価スケールを開発し、退院後PICSを予測することは可能か？」を「問い」として、ICU入室中の日常臨床で簡便に使用できる身体活動量の評価スケールの開発を目指す。本研究は、重症ICU患者の身体活動量に焦点を当て、退院後身体的・精神的アウトカムとの関連を明らかにすることで現状の把握を行い、早期リハビリテーションの身体活動量が社会に与えている影響を検証する。
