Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，手指感覚識別時の指腹部発汗反応を指標とする新しい客観的な感覚機能評価法の開発に向けた取り組みである．課題内容は，手指感覚情報処理時にみられる指腹部発汗応答特性を明らかにするとともに，加齢に伴う感覚識別能力の変化と交感神経性発汗制御機構変調との関連性について検討する．さらに，手指感覚識別能力と交感神経性発汗制御能に対する感覚トレーニング介入の効果の解明を試みる．これらの研究課題を総合的に検討することによって，感覚機能と指腹部発汗制御の関連性について総合的に検討し，新しい客観的感覚機能評価法の開発のための基盤となる知見を得る．
