Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は心不全患者に併発するサルコペニアに関連する因子を明らかにすることを目的に、高齢心不全患者から血液サンプルを採取し、以下を明らかにすることを目的としている。
①高齢心不全患者においてサルコペニアと関連している分子を明らかにすること
②高齢心不全患者においてサルコペニアと関連している分子の治療経過による変化を明らかにすること
