Outline of Research at the Start

脳卒中患者にとってトイレ動作の自立は自宅退院の主要な決定要因であり、自立した日常生活の再獲得を図るリハビリテーションでは主目的の一つとなる。近年ではトイレ動作の詳細な分析により、一連の動作を構成する諸動作（車椅子・便座間の乗り移りや下衣操作など）の難易度や、患者の自立の時間的推移のパターンなど、動作の構造が明らかにされてきている。しかし、練習の種類や時間といった練習内容に関する検討はされておらず、体系的な練習法を確立するには至っていない。本研究では、縦断的なトイレ動作評価とリハビリテーション実施記録を基にトイレ動作の自立と練習内容の関係を調査し、体系的な練習法の開発とその効果検証を行う。
