Outline of Research at the Start

左室機能の保たれた心不全患者（Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: HFpEF）は増加しているが、その病態は多様性に富む。多くの症例で、冠循環障害を合併しており、HFpEF病態への関与を明らかにする。また、その寄与因子、バイオマーカーを探索し、病態、予後との関連を調査する。監視下運動療法によるHFpEFの臨床的改善効果を前述の冠循環指標ならびにバイオマーカーとの関係から検討することにより、新たなHFｐEFへの治療戦略を提案する。
