Outline of Research at the Start	骨転移を起こした多くの肺癌患者は病的骨折や麻痺により、リハビリテーションが積極的に行われず、ADLや QOL の低下を招いている。最近、骨転移に対して分子標的薬が使用され、症状が安定した状態を保つ患者が増えてきた。しかし、肺癌に有効な分子標的薬の数は少なく、また適応患者数も限られている。そこで、多くの肺癌患者の骨転移治療に利用できる分子標的薬開発の基盤確立を目指す。
