前十字靭帯（ACL）の再建術を受けた患者はリハビリテーション（リハビリ）を行うがスポーツに復帰できないケースが問題となっており、その要因として「心理的準備」の不足が注目されている。本研究では、ACL損傷・再建術後のリハビリ医療やスポーツ復帰支援の最適化に向け、仮説の証明と指導プログラムの開発を目的とする。テキストマイニングを応用して受傷状況や恐怖動作をデータ化する手法を構築し、両因子を大規模データベース化する。日本語版ACL-RSIで心理的準備を数値化し、その結果に基づいて競技別・時期別のコンディショニング指導プログラムの作成と評価を行う。
