Outline of Research at the Start	地域在住高齢者の中には、骨格筋量の低下がないにも関わらず、筋力の低下が生じるダイナペニアが存在することが知られている。我々のグループは、骨格筋量の低下が必ずしも運動機能の低下を引き起こすとは限らないことを検証している。本研究では、ダイナペニア高齢者の筋質と神経性因子の関連を解明することと、神経性因子に効果があるとされる高速レジスタンストレーニングの筋質と神経性因子への有効性を検証し、ダイナペニア高齢者のリハビリテーションプロトコルの確立へとつなげていく。
