Outline of Research at the Start

速筋線維の形成メカニズムの解明を通して，速筋線維萎縮を特徴とする加齢性筋萎縮や糖尿病性筋萎縮などの疾病に対する新しい治療戦略および一般的な筋萎縮に対する効率的なリハビリテーション方法を構築するために，卵黄嚢由来成熟マクロファージが分化転換した細胞であるpericyteおよび筋再生において中心的役割を果たす筋衛生細胞の活性可能を有するとともに末梢神経再生能を有する肝細胞増殖因子の筋再生過程における機能を検討する。
