Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、心機能および末梢血管機能が低下した心疾患患者においても、ATとSTが近似し、STの信頼性と妥当性を確認する事、及びSTに影響を与える因子として、血管内皮機能が関与するかを観察研究として検証する事である。本研究の結果でSTの信頼性と妥当性が証明されれば、高価な呼気ガス分析機がない施設で運動処方が可能となる。また、心疾患のST測定が確立されると、STのリアルタイム測定が可能なウェアラブルデバイスを開発することで、患者自身によるSTでの運動実施が簡便となり、心リハの実施が劇的に広がる。
