Outline of Research at the Start	脊髄疾患の後遺症である運動麻痺の回復は、損傷を免れた脳-脊髄ネットワークの代償能力に依存する。本研究では、ヒト間接的皮質脊髄路に着目し、この経路の効率を長時間にわたって強化させるための具体的な介入プロトコルの開発とその有効性の検証を行う。本研究によりヒトの脳‐脊髄ネットワークの生理機能と病態の理解が進めば、将来的に、脊髄疾患の後遺症治療における基盤の構築につながるものと期待される。
