Outline of Research at the Start	研究代表者は先行研究で、PD発症早期から生じる主観的垂直位(自身が感じる垂直姿勢)の偏倚が垂直姿勢の保持を困難にしていることを証明した。本研究の目的は、胸郭運動の定量的評価法を確立し、PD発症早期から主観的垂直位とともに胸郭運動を測定することで両者の相関を解析し、PD患者の呼吸機能障害の発生機序を明らかにすることである。これにより、PDに特化したリハビリプログラムの早期導入による死亡リスクの低減や予後改善につなげることを目指す。さらにリハビリ効果を主観的垂直位と胸郭運動でモニタリングできるかを検証する。
