| Outline of Research at the Start |
アルツハイマー型認知症（AD）や軽度認知機能障害（MCI）では、認知機能障害に加え手指巧緻性の低下を生じることが報告されている。我々は、指タップ運動に着目し、MCIと健常高齢者で、特定の手指運動においてMCI判別の可能性を見出してきた。この知見を手掛かりとして、本研究の目的は、第一にタブレット操作中の手指運動からADやMCIにおいて特異的な手指巧緻性の低下を検出するパラメータを抽出する。第二に、ADやMCIの検出度の高いパラメータを選別し、妥当性の高いカットオフ値を設定することである。
