Outline of Research at the Start

構音障害や発語失行の評価では評価者間での一致性が高いとは言えず、構音の異常に対する診療のエビデンスが構築されにくい。本研究の目的は、（1）運動障害性構音障害のタイプ、発語失行のタイプとそれぞれの構音の異常の重症度を簡便かつ正確に評価できる音声分析ソフトを開発すること、(2)脳梗塞患者を対象として、構音障害と発語失行における各タイプの出現に関連する病巣や機能低下部位を特定し、その背景にある神経基盤を解明すること、（3）特発性正常圧水頭症患者における構音の異常が虚血性病変の分布やレビー小体病の併存の有無を予測できるかどうかを検討することである。
