Outline of Research at the Start

欧米では、競技団体のガバナンス実施状況を評価する機関が複数存在している。本調査では、これら評価機関へのヒアリング調査を通じて、これら指標の違いや意義について明らかにするとともに、人権規範等への関与や予防・救済実施状況を図るための指標の開発の可能性についても調査していきたいと考えている。欧米での調査研究成果をもとに、わが国の競技団体に対して人権規範への取り組みなどを評価する指標を開発し、アンケート調査を行いたいと考えている。現在のところでは、人権デューディリジェンスで使われる指標と欧米におけるスポーツガバナンス指標を組み合わせていくことで新たな評価指標ができるものと考えている。
