Outline of Research at the Start	要介護状態の主要因となる高齢者の転倒防止に向けて、高齢者の転倒回避や転倒による外傷を最小限にするための生体反応のメカニズム解明が重要である。本研究では高齢者の転倒防止に重要なステッピング動作のモーションキャプチャデータを基に、筋骨格モデルによる動作解析手法を用いて転倒回避反応に至る動作メカニズムとくに頭部の立ち直りから始まる体幹部から下肢関節の運動連鎖および深層筋群を含めた筋協調メカニズムを解明する。これらを明らかにすることにより、高齢者の転倒防止対策に資する基礎的なデータ整備の促進に寄与し、地域在住高齢者に対して実施されている転倒予防プログラム等に根拠のある有益な情報提供が可能となる。
