Outline of Research at the Start

スキーは年齢に関係なく誰でもが楽しめるスポーツである。しかし、その指導方法が必ずしも科学的とはいえないために、初中級者は技術の上達に壁があり、その結果興味を失ってしまう。本研究ではその中でも特に大きな壁といえる「小回り」に着目して、そのバイオメカニクス、運動制御を解析し、どのような指導をすれば、初中級者がスムースに「小回り」を学習できるかを検討する。とかく指導者はあれもこれもとアドバイスしがちである。解析の中心は学習者が出来るだけシンプルに何を意識して動作習得を進めるかを明らかにすることである。
