Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、概日リズムがレジスタンス運動に伴う代謝・循環の急性応答に及ぼす影響を検討することを目的とする。健康な成人男性14名を対象に、6種目のレジスタンス運動（60%1RM、10回/セット、3セット）を、無作為に割り付けられた順番で朝と夕方の2回実施させる。運動開始前の安静時30分、運動中の35分、運動後の2時間のエネルギー消費量と循環機能を連続測定する。また運動前後で尿中の筋損傷マーカーを測定し、朝と夕方のエネルギー消費量、循環機能、筋損傷マーカーを比較する。概日リズムがレジスタンス運動に伴う急性応答を明らかにし、実施時間を考慮した安全で効果的なレジスタンス運動プログラムの提案に繋げる。
