Outline of Research at the Start

全国の中学校で「部活動の地域移行」が展開されつつある。ただし、「部活動の地域移行」は、部活動が担ってきた教育上の機能を放棄することも意味するため、学校組織にネガティブな影響を及ぼす可能性を孕む。そこで本研究では、「部活動の地域移行」が学校組織に及ぼす影響を多角的に検証するため、中学校を対象とした縦断的調査とインタビュー調査を行う。これらをもとに「部活動の地域移行」の功罪を描き出すとともに、「部活動の地域移行」による影響が生じる過程を解明する。得られた知見に基づき、「部活動の地域移行」のあり方を再考し、改善を図るための方略を提示する。
