Outline of Research at the Start

最近、我々は一つの医院に通院する糖尿病患者を、その医院と連携する薬局に紹介してもらい、そこの薬剤師が「遠隔型個別運動処方システム」を用いて、患者に運動処方を実施して、その効果を検証した。
その結果、対照群に比べ介入群で、体力（最高酸素摂取量）が増加し、それに伴って糖尿病症状の指標である血中HbA1Cとグリコアルブミン濃度が有意に改善した。さらに、その改善度は、従来、我々が、一般中高年者で観察された糖尿病指標の改善度よりも顕著であった。そこで「我々の開発した遠隔型個別運動処方システムは、病院（医院）と薬局連携による地域医療モデルとして、有効であるか」を明らかにすることである。
