Outline of Research at the Start	地域高齢者の要介護化予防に取り組む中で，一次予防に参加しない「不参加高齢者」が多数を占め，その実態も把握できていないことが明らかになった．また，高齢者の身体機能水準は多様であるにもかかわらず，一律のプログラムしか提供されていない課題もある．本研究では，不参加高齢者を含む幅広い地域高齢者を対象に，要介護化リスク特性と改善可能性を明らかにし，個々人の身体機能に応じた効果的な予防プログラムを開発・検証することで，包括的な要介護化予防システムの構築を目的とする．
