Outline of Research at the Start	体幹の安定化のメカニズムは完全に明らかにされていない。体幹の安定性を矢状面、前額面、水平面（回旋方向）に分けて観察すると、スポーツ傷害治療の現場では、体幹の回旋方向の安定性を確保すると、矢状面および前額面の安定性も確保できるが、矢状面の安定性を確保しても必ずしも回旋方向の安定性が得られない。本研究は体幹の回旋安定性を、体幹回旋トルク発揮、腹圧、腹囲の観点から検討し、そのメカニズムを明らかにしようとするものである。ドローインなどの手技がが体幹の回旋安定性や、運動パフォーマンスにどのような影響を与えるかも明らかにする。
