Outline of Research at the Start	運動は抑うつの予防や改善に効果があることが知られている。本研究では、地域高齢者を対象に、運動と抑うつ傾向の関連に、骨や炎症からのアプローチを加え、運動-骨-身体機能-炎症の相互の関係が抑うつ傾向に及ぼす影響について検討する。運動習慣がどのように心身の健康の維持に関与しているのかその経路の一端を明らかにする。
