Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、中学・高校の部活動時に多発する投擲事故を未然に防ぐ「投げない円盤」を新たなトレーニング用具として開発し、安全で効果的なコーチングを指導現場に提供することを研究の目的とする。まず初めに「投げない円盤」の開発を行う。その後、日本トップレベル選手の動作分析を行い日本人に特化した円盤投技術のモデルを作成する。そして作成した技術モデルを客観的評価のモデルとして、技術が未熟なジュニア選手を対象に「投げない円盤」でのトレーニングを行い対象者の円盤投技術が作成した技術モデルに近づいたかを客観的評価から可視化する。
