Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、走運動及び泳運動において、人為的に推進速度を調節する牽引法を用い、その即時的及び一定期間の練習に対する変化を種目毎に明らかにし、牽引法を用いた走・泳技能を向上させる練習の有効性を検証することを目的とする。さらに、走・泳それぞれで得られた結果の共通点と相違点を整理して、学校体育における種目横断的な走・泳運動における転移学習の実現に向けた示唆を得る。
